Factory-Certified Calibration
Full instrument calibration traceable to NIST reference standards. Certificates issued with every service, valid 12 months.
Repair & Diagnostics
Fault diagnostics, aperture window replacement, detector servicing and software updates for all NITON models in the XL2, XL3, XL5 Plus and DXL families.
Performance Verification
Application-specific testing using certified reference standards — alloy ID, RoHS, soil and mining modes verified end-to-end.

Certified field engineers delivering post-weld heat treatment and non-destructive testing on your project site — across the UAE and GCC — using calibrated, industry-grade equipment compliant with ASME, AWS and BS EN standards.
Post-Weld Heat Treatment
On-site PWHT using GlobeHeat systems for stress relief on pipelines, pressure vessels and structural steelwork. Compliant with ASME B31.3, ASME IX, AWS D1.1 and BS EN 13445.
Ultrasonic Flaw Detection
Weld integrity inspection, wall-thickness measurement and subsurface defect detection using Tritex NDT ultrasonic test equipment.
Pipeline PMI & Holiday Detection
Positive material identification and corrosion surveys with portable XRF, plus Tinker & Rasor holiday detectors for pipeline coating integrity.
