How long does NITON XRF calibration take?
Standard NITON XRF calibration at our Al Qusais service centre typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on instrument condition and model. We issue a full NIST-traceable calibration certificate on completion. AMC clients receive priority scheduling with same-day turnaround available.
Can I get a free instrument demonstration?
Absolutely. We offer free instrument demonstrations at our Dubai showroom or at your site. Bring your own samples and our application specialist will run live measurements using the NITON XL3t, XL5 Plus, Apollo LIBS, or any instrument from our range. How quickly can you mobilise a field team?
Standard field mobilisation across the UAE is typically within 48 hours of confirmation. For AMC Enterprise clients, emergency response is available within 24 hours. International GCC mobilisation timelines depend on destination and project complexity — contact our service team for a specific schedule and quotation.
Do you provide on-site XRF service across the UAE?
Yes. Our factory-trained field engineers are available for on-site PMI verification, PWHT, NDT inspection, and instrument support across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all UAE emirates — as well as GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. Contact us for a field service quote.
What is covered under an AMC plan?
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts cover scheduled preventive maintenance, NIST-traceable calibration, firmware and software updates, repair labour and parts (Premium and Enterprise tiers), loan unit provision during service, and priority response SLAs. Plans are available for XRF, PWHT, and NDT instrument fleets. Contact us for a tailored fleet quotation.
